ParkKompaniet i Boden AB, with its headquarters in Boden and branch offices in Piteå and Luleå, employs approximately 60 people in the winter and around 100 during the summer months.

About the Role
We perform maintenance, planning, establishment, and care of large and medium-sized parks and grounds for property owners and managers in Boden, Luleå, Piteå, and the surrounding areas. You will work practically and variedly with everything required to create a well-maintained, safe, and inviting environment for residents, visitors, and businesses.

Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who enjoys practical work, is meticulous, and has an eye for detail. You work independently but collaborate just as well with colleagues. This role suits you if you are responsible, flexible, and enjoy working at a varied pace. Experience is crucial for this position. We prefer that you have previous experience in green area maintenance. We place great importance on personal qualities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of green areas, such as mowing, trimming, hedge cutting, and weed removal
• Tree felling and ground work may occur
• Planting, watering, and basic plant care
• Cleaning of walkways, courtyards, parking lots, and other outdoor areas
• Maintenance and basic upkeep of machines and tools
• Snow removal, sanding, and anti-icing in winter
• Reporting defects, damages, and deviations
• Service-oriented interaction with residents, school children, businesses, and visitors

Qualifications:

• Experience with outdoor maintenance, park, or gardening work
• Basic machine proficiency (e.g., lawnmower, trimmer, leaf blower, snow blower)
• Category B driver's license
• Good Swedish language skills (spoken and written)
• Meritorious: Education in gardening/property management

Meritorious Qualifications

Other Information:
The office is located only 5 minutes from the E4 highway during rush hour. Carpooling opportunities from Piteå are available.
