About the Store

As customer traffic increases at ICA Kvantum Malmborgs Clemenstorget in Lund, we need to strengthen our team. We are looking for you who are passionate about retail and service. Do you want to work in a vibrant city store? Then this is the job for you! Here you will find local fresh produce, delicate delicacies, and affordable everyday food. The store has approximately 115 employees and up to 60,000 visiting customers per week, making it one of the ICA stores with the highest customer traffic in the country!

We are looking for a Sales Manager for Cheese! Are you currently working as a delicacies manager and want to try something new?

About the Position

Your daily tasks include assortment management, profitability, campaign planning, ordering, and daily operations. You ensure that the store's sales points and campaigns are well-stocked and that the store is always neat and attractive to customers. You are responsible for daily operations.

You will continuously work on developing the department together with your team to create attractive and sales-driving store areas.

To fit this role, you must enjoy working at a high pace. You work well both independently and in a group. We work with team picking. You are flexible in your thinking and have a strong understanding of the store's goals and development. Being solution-oriented and having a wide-angle perspective where you see the big picture is a prerequisite. Having good and clear communication with both other employees and management is a given.

Attributes and Qualifications

You are good at working methodically and personally. You are confident in yourself and are a good communicator. You have previous documented experience from ICA or another grocery store. You handle AOB and Min Butik or similar systems. You see your near future in retail. You are meticulous and reliable. You have good physical fitness and are driven by sales and customer satisfaction. Meritorious if you have worked in a delicacies department previously.

Employment

The position is full-time, working every other weekend, early mornings, and evenings. Team picking and knowledge across boundaries with meat and charcuterie are included. Shifts in the delicacies department may occur. Work includes self-control according to HACCP and being a reserve for the Food Safety Officer in the operation when they are absent.

The store's opening hours are 06:00–23:00 every day.

Probation period applies.

Salary according to agreement.
