About the Clinic

Uppsala Dental is a new practice with four treatment rooms and the Muntra medical record system. The clinic will initially target adult patients, with the goal of establishing a stable patient flow from the start.

Behind this initiative is NCPA Capital, which currently operates several other dental clinics. NCPA supports the business with finance, IT, design, marketing, and some HR, while the dentist stepping into the role is responsible for the daily operations of the clinic. NCPA is owned by one of Sweden's leading entrepreneurs with a background as a dentist.

The clinic is in its startup phase, offering a unique opportunity to shape the business from the very beginning.

About the Role

In this role, you will work both clinically and operationally. You will be responsible for standard duties as a general dentist while simultaneously driving and developing the clinic forward.

You will be responsible for the entire clinic workflow, including administration and handling related to the Swedish Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan). However, the primary focus will be on patient care and clinical production.

The role entails significant personal responsibility and suits you if you enjoy making decisions, driving business forward, and working independently. In the long term, you will also be involved in recruiting and building the team.

We are looking for someone who

You are an experienced dentist with broad clinical competence and an interest in running a business. You appreciate structure, are solution-oriented, and collaborate well with others.

To thrive in this role, we believe you are motivated by responsibility and wish to further develop your career – both clinically and entrepreneurially.

Requirements

• ✅ Swedish professional license as a dentist (issued by the National Board of Health and Welfare)
• ✅ Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• ✅ At least 3 years of experience as a dentist
• ✅ Experience in broad general dentistry
• ✅ Track record of high production and billing

Nice to have

• ➕ Experience with finance
• ➕ Previous managerial or leadership experience
