Do you want to work in a role where you can combine customer contact with practical work in the warehouse and store? At Sverull in Lidköping, you will have a varied daily routine where you contribute to making the business run smoothly – both with customers, in the warehouse, and in the store. Here you work in a combined role where you switch between helping customers via phone and over the counter, while simultaneously handling incoming goods and keeping the warehouse organized. One moment you are answering a customer inquiry – the next you are receiving a delivery or assisting a customer in the store. Your responsibilities include, among other things: • Customer support via phone, email, and over the counter • Order processing and simple quotation work • Receiving and handling incoming goods • Picking and packing products • Warehouse management and inventory You will become part of a tight-knit team where everyone helps each other and maintains an egalitarian attitude. Here, the store is the best school – you learn about the products by working closely with them in your daily tasks.

Person Profile

We are looking for you who have a natural service mindset but above all a strong technical interest. You like to understand how things work – especially things that move, spin, and mechanics in general. You do not need to know everything from the start. The most important thing is that you have the desire to learn. Perhaps you have worked in industry, warehousing, or a workshop – or maybe you tinker in your spare time. To thrive in this role, we believe you: • Have a technical interest and enjoy practical work • Are flexible and can switch between different tasks • Enjoy a role with both customer contact and warehouse work • Are a team player who supports the team • Have drive and a willingness to develop
