As a retail consultant, you are employed by Bemannica and work in various ICA stores in the Gothenburg area. This gives you broad and valuable competence within the grocery retail industry.

Bemannica is an authorized staffing company that has helped ICA stores with their personnel needs for over ten years.

About the role The tasks will vary between cash register work, picking goods, etc., based on which departments you have experience in. We are looking for someone who has previously been employed at ICA or another food store. If you have experience in departments such as delicatessen or the front shop, it is highly meritorious. Regarding working hours, work occurs both in the morning and in the evening, and the work may be scheduled on weekdays as well as weekends. You enter your availability in our scheduling system and are then asked about work shifts via our app. In other words, this is a perfect side job alongside studies or another job.

About you We are looking for someone who has previously been employed in a food store. As a person, you are service-oriented and thrive in daily interaction with customers. You are flexible and enjoy fast-paced and eventful working days.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment, as needed.

Salary: According to the Trade Union collective agreement with associated shift allowances.

Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
