About Nääs Fabriker - Ernst Rosén AB: This is the Gothenburg-based property company that acquired and develops the historic area of Nääs Fabriker outside Lerum. Originally a cotton mill, it is now a versatile destination with hotels, restaurants, shops, and other businesses. As a Chef, you are responsible for daily routines, weekly planning, operational procedures, and ensuring that the food served maintains the same high quality.

• Help develop a well-regarded destination that serves fantastic food.

• Prepare lunches for our conference and private guests.

• Develop the brunch concept.

• Cook delicious food inspired by traditional Swedish cuisine with a twist.

• Work with sustainability, environment, and Green Key standards.

• Collaborate closely across departmental boundaries to create synergies.

You are a confident and friendly person with a background in the kitchen. You enjoy a fast-paced environment and appreciate clarity in work methods, routines, and forward planning. You thrive in a dynamic environment where pace, quality, and people are at the center.
