Your Responsibilities

At Skill, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager at 50% for Siemens Energy. The role involves overall program responsibility for additive manufacturing within WS04, focusing on driving industrialization, ensuring business profitability, and coordinating interfaces between technology, production, service, and the supply chain. The work spans the entire lifecycle – from development to implementation – and requires clear leadership, active risk management, and effective collaboration with internal functions and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the AM workflow within WS04.
• Responsible for the introduction and scaling to series production of AM Guide Vane 1 & 2.
• Drive business cases and prepare decision-making materials for CAPEX.
• Lead investment projects for equipment (from specification to commissioning).
• Ensure readiness for Service Introduction and New Unit.
• Establish and secure capacity for post-processing according to the expansion plan.
• Coordinate stakeholders and act as an escalation point.
• Responsible for integrated planning (CEP) across functions.
• Manage risks and drive corrective actions.
• Represent the project in steering and decision-making forums.
• Ensure tracking of milestones, economics, and changes.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Senior project management experience (5–10+ years) with complex programs/projects.
• Good understanding of industrial scaling and production qualification.
• Experience in stakeholder management, including senior decision-makers and suppliers.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English.
• Relevant technical background, preferably in gas turbines or similar industries.
• Experience with investment projects (CAPEX) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with internal processes and ways of working is a plus.
