ABOUT THE POSITION

At Kura Omsorg, we are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant during daytime hours for our client in Örnsköldsvik. The position is a temporary hourly assignment where you step in as needed, for example, when regular staff is absent.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• We primarily look for someone who can work afternoons/evenings and potentially weekends, where working hours may vary according to the client's needs.

• 07:45–15:15 on weekdays during attendance at day activities.

Start date is by agreement, and we would appreciate it if you could start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a woman in her early 20s with autism and an intellectual disability. She uses communication aids to facilitate communication but can also express herself verbally. She appreciates patience and attentiveness to her needs.

The duties involve accompanying the client to day activities Monday through Friday. Additionally, the client enjoys swimming, swinging, walking, and taking short outings when opportunities arise.

Our client is looking for you who are passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of other individuals. Furthermore, you should be calm and secure as a person. We view positively if you have previous care experience, and if you are also a trained nursing assistant or have experience working with a low-affective approach, this is a merit.

• Ability to handle scratching / Swimming proficiency.

• Care experience or experience that the employer deems equivalent.

Employment level: Temporary hourly assignment

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
