Your Mission
Build and optimize lifecycle systems across:
- CRM workflows
- Email and SMS communication
- Retargeting and reminders
- Nurture campaigns
- Onboarding journeys
- Reactivation sequences
Key Responsibilities
- Build automated journeys for leads, candidates, students, clients, and partners
- Segment audiences based on interest, stage, behavior, source, and next-best action
- Write, test, and refine messaging that supports booking, applications, purchases, responses, and re-engagement
- Integrate lifecycle flows with CRM systems, dashboards, forms, landing pages, and sales follow-up
- Identify funnel drop-offs and implement automated recovery sequences
- Track and optimize performance across open rates, clicks, replies, bookings, conversions, and revenue impact
First 90 Days
- Map current contact journeys and identify missing follow-up points
- Launch a priority nurture flow for a commercial or recruitment funnel
- Build a reactivation flow for inactive or legacy contacts
- Develop a lifecycle performance dashboard to track funnel movement
KPI Framework
- Journey coverage
- Response rate
- Conversion lift
- Drop-off recovery

- Automation reliability
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience with CRM systems, email tools, automation, lifecycle marketing, or revenue operations
- Strong writing skills and sound segmentation logic
- A clear understanding of funnels and human behavior
- Ability to build practical automations without overengineering
- Motivated by measurable improvement and continuous iteration
