About the role

Filmstaden strives to ensure every guest loves going to the cinema, and with your help, guests can have an extra great experience. We are now looking for two engaged students for a long-term role as a customer service representative at Filmstaden's lovely premises in Råsunda.

You will be part of a student pool with 13 other students who work together at Filmstaden. As several of our current students are graduating and finishing their studies, we need to strengthen the student pool.

⭐️ For this position, we are looking for the following:

• 1 consultant working weekdays / flexible to step in as needed.
• 1 consultant working every other weekend.

⭐️ Summer

• Unfortunately, we do not have the possibility to offer full-time work during the summer, but only occasional shifts as an opportunity to get into the work before autumn.

⭐️ Working hours:

• Weekdays: 09:00 - 17:15
• Weekends: 10:45 - 16:15

Responsibilities

• Handle phone calls and emails regarding bookings and inquiries.
• Respond to chats regarding questions about ticket purchases and returns, etc.

We are looking for you who

• Are studying at a university or college at least 50%
• Have at least 1.5 - 2 years left of your studies
• Have very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing
• Have previous experience in service professions
• Have a flexible schedule and can work more during, for example, summer and Christmas

It is an advantage if you

• Have previously worked as a customer service representative or receptionist
