Your Responsibilities

As an employee within the care sector, you play a central role in the daily lives of our users. You provide support and care, helping with daily tasks, activities, personal hygiene, and medication. Above all, you contribute to creating a safe and meaningful existence for those who need our help. We offer several exciting areas where you can make a real difference:

Specialized Housing: Work with care and support for individuals who can no longer live at home. You create safety and quality of life for our residents by assisting them in their daily lives.

Home Care: Provide personal care and support in the users' homes. Here, you have the opportunity to build close and long-term relationships. We are also looking for employees who can perform service tasks, such as cleaning and shopping.

Support and Care within LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments): Support children, young people, and adults with mental, physical, and intellectual disabilities to live an independent and meaningful life. Work within service housing or group homes, supported living, short-term accommodation, or personal assistance.

Short-term Accommodation (Viljan): Work with users who are temporarily staying with us for rehabilitation or respite care. You contribute to a safe and welcoming environment during their stay.

Night Patrol: Provide safety and support to users at night to ensure their well-being during the dark hours of the day. A driving license is required for work within the night patrol.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for you if you are responsible, empathetic, and have turned 18. You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, allowing you to communicate easily with users, relatives, and colleagues, as well as document according to the organization's requirements. You enjoy working with both male and female users and colleagues and have the ability to adapt to different situations and people.

As a person, you are sensitive, flexible, and capable of building good relationships. Experience or education within healthcare and social care is advantageous, but above all, we are looking for you who are passionate about making a difference in other people's lives and have a genuine commitment to care.

Free Accommodation

For those coming from other places, we can offer accommodation during the summer.

The number of places is limited, and the benefit applies when working at least 8 weeks at a minimum of 75%. The accommodation is subject to benefit taxation according to the Swedish Tax Agency's rules.
