Eccera has 300 employees and offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, and Linköping. We are a member of Almega Kompetensföretagen and follow their collective agreement with Unionen.

We are now looking for an Account Manager for our operations in our new, nice office in Solna.

 

Start: according to agreement

Scope: Full-time, office hours on-site.

Location: Stockholm/Solna

Your responsibilities

The role is sales-oriented, and the work is 100% directed towards sales. As an Account Manager, your main task will be to independently source, drive, and develop business. A significant part will be new sales, and you are expected to be able to create entry points to new exciting customers yourself. You will work with large/small customers and projects where assignments vary from support technicians to other senior IT roles.

 

The position involves personal responsibility for your customer portfolio, budget, and your own customer relationships. It is important that you have a high activity level, are goal-oriented, and customer-focused. To succeed in the work, you also have a good ability to build relationships and always put the customer in focus. Upselling to existing customers is also a key activity.

We are looking for you who

  • currently work with B2B sales or similar, preferably within the IT industry
  • have the right attitude, drive, and social skills
  • are goal-focused and willing to fight to achieve results
  • have an interest in doing business and creating good relationships with customers
  • are a humble team player as you need to collaborate with other salespeople / consulting managers / recruiters

 

In addition to this, you have a B driver's license, good knowledge of Swedish, basic knowledge of English, and some post-secondary education in technology / IT / sales or equivalent.

 

The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probation period.
