Short about the role

As a Service Technician, you are an important face of the company. You build good relationships with customers and enhance our service spirit through well-executed service tasks and first-class support.

Your primary responsibilities include servicing and repairing workshop equipment, high-pressure washers, washing machines, and cleaning machines. This work takes place either on-site at the customer's location or in our workshop. In addition to the practical aspects, the role involves building customer relationships, performing administrative tasks such as creating invoice documentation, and managing spare parts.

You have great opportunities to plan your working day and travel independently, but flexibility is key as conditions and priorities can change quickly.

We are looking for a technical, solution-oriented, and curious person who is passionate about service and helping others. You should be organized, self-sufficient, and flexible, as the conditions for your working day may change depending on incoming assignments.

• You have a helpful personality and a strong interest in technology.
• You have previous professional experience in installation, repair, and service.
• You possess basic knowledge of electricity and mechanics.
• You are computer literate and have good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• You hold a valid B-driver's license.

Learn more about the role

As a Service Technician within OrboTech Group, you are part of a larger service organization with technicians from Malmö in the south to Gällivare in the north. Through continuous meetings and a strong sense of community, we support each other.

Your home base is the workshop located in Gällivare, where you have close colleagues in the form of business developers and service technicians. Your district covers Gällivare and Kiruna, including adjacent municipalities.

You will be provided with a service vehicle, a full set of tools and uniforms, a mobile phone, as well as a computer or tablet. Training and education regarding the service process and products take place at the workshop in Gällivare and on-site at our customers' locations. The position is full-time and permanent. Working hours are weekdays between 07:00–16:00.
