You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installation of new products. The role involves planning your work together with your colleagues and service coordinators to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will identify upselling opportunities and handle on-call duties.

Job Description

• Being a service technician at Hörmann Svenska AB means being the face of our company towards our customers and having daily customer contact.
• You will be part of a service-oriented team that services our customers' objects, including doors, gates, docking stations with loading docks, and weather seals.
• The work is varied and includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, as well as assembly and installation of new products.
• Plan the work together with service coordinators, the service manager, and fellow technicians in an efficient manner.
• Perform preventive maintenance based on the current service agreement with the customer.
• Deliver time reports, assembly, and service documentation.
• Work on upselling by identifying improvement measures at the customer's site.
• On-call duties are part of the position.

Qualifications

• Experience in the door industry.
• Experience in electrical troubleshooting or with a focus on automation.
