About the role

As a Green Area Maintenance Worker, you are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of outdoor areas around our customers' properties. You work practically and with varied tasks, doing everything required to create a well-maintained, safe, and inviting environment for residents, visitors, and businesses.

Your main responsibilities:

• Maintenance of green areas, such as mowing, trimming, hedge cutting, and weed removal
• Planting, irrigation, and basic care of plants
• Cleaning of walkways, courtyards, parking lots, and other outdoor areas
• Maintenance and basic upkeep of machinery and tools
• Snow removal, sanding, and anti-icing during winter
• Reporting defects, damage, and deviations
• Service-oriented interaction with residents, school children, businesses, and visitors

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who enjoys practical work, is detail-oriented, and meticulous. You work independently but collaborate well with colleagues. This role suits you if you are responsible, flexible, and enjoy working at a varied pace. Experience is crucial for this position. We prefer that you have previous experience in green area maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Experience in outdoor maintenance, park, or garden work
• Basic machine proficiency (e.g., lawnmower, trimmer, leaf blower, snow blower)
• Category B driver's license
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Meritorious: education in gardening/property management, TCYK professional certificate
