About us

Källstad Gård is a family-run farm located in the picturesque Borghamn. We focus on sustainable production with an emphasis on both poultry and the cultivation of grains and legumes. We are now looking for an engaged and practical person who wants to be part of our team and contribute to the daily operations of the farm.

About the role

As a farm employee with us, you will have a varied job where no day is the same. Your main tasks include:

* Daily supervision and care of our animals to ensure the highest animal welfare.

* Work with crop cultivation, from sowing to harvesting.

* Maintenance and servicing of machinery and economic buildings.

* General farm work and practical tasks that arise in daily operations.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who enjoys physical outdoor work and has a genuine interest in agriculture.

* Requirements: B driver's license and experience driving a tractor.

* Meritorious: Experience in animal care or relevant agricultural education. It's not a requirement, curiosity and interest will take you far 🙂

* Personal qualities: You are self-driven, responsible, and have good problem-solving skills. You enjoy working in a small team where collaboration is key to success.
