About the role

Academic Work is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Service Representative. The position is full-time with an immediate start, initially lasting until November with the possibility of extension. The working hours are Monday to Friday, either 07:00–16:00 or 08:00–17:00. You will receive a thorough introduction at the start to ensure you have the best conditions for success in the role.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in an open-plan office alongside your colleagues. Your main tasks will involve receiving error reports from customers and private individuals via phone. Together with your team, you will work towards the company's high service goals.

You will also handle customer cases via both phone and email, including associated administration. Additionally, you will support corporate customers with administrative tasks related to contracts and invoicing.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has work experience from customer service, where the phone has been your primary tool.
  • Has very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, as these are used in daily work.
  • Has good computer and system skills.

It is an advantage if you:

  • Have knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, and/or Connect.
  • Have experience working with contract and invoicing issues.

To succeed in this role, you must be focused on helping both customers and colleagues. You are a cheerful and positive person who thrives in an environment where the pace can sometimes be high and processes and routines are still being established. Since you will have frequent contact with corporate customers, private individuals, service technicians, and foremen, good collaboration skills are essential. You are a true team player who can also perform well individually. We also expect you to understand the importance of professional and courteous behavior in a serious work environment.
