We are now looking for a Service Advisor for our clients in Gothenburg. Are you ready for a new challenge in a varied environment where customer focus and quality are important?
About the Service Advisor role
As a Service Advisor, you are the company's face and the hub of the operation. You receive customers, follow them through the entire workshop visit, and provide support and guidance on technical issues. An important part of your job is always to provide professional service to the customer, which requires a high level of customer focus, the ability to handle a job where many things happen simultaneously, and a constant pursuit of quality, both towards the customer and in your administrative tasks.
Your main responsibilities include booking customers in for service and repairs, receiving and handing over vehicles, pricing jobs, and calling customers with price quotes. You will also handle warranty and insurance cases, process customer complaints, and assist with other common matters in our customer reception. Together with your colleagues, you will plan and be responsible for optimized operations and productivity at the workshop.
For us, it is important that you have the mindset that we work together as a team and therefore support and help each other where needed.
Qualifications
- Category B driver's license (manual transmission)
- Experience using the telephone and computer as work tools, MS Office
- Good knowledge of Kobra, Automaster, WinAssist, Elsa, or similar systems
- Experience in the role of Service Advisor or similar work
- Knowledge of CABAS, spare parts, or warranty handling is an advantage
- Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Your profile
To thrive in the role of Service Advisor, you should enjoy working in an advisory role towards customers, in an environment that can sometimes be fast-paced and stressful. This requires a high level of service awareness, good communication skills, and the ability to handle a job where many things happen simultaneously. You have a technical interest and the ability to solve problems that may arise in your work.
