Do you want to work in a company where high quality, clear frameworks, and a warm, collegial atmosphere go hand in hand? With us, you get to combine the best of two worlds: a structured and evidence-based approach with a work environment where there is close access to both laughter and support. We believe that security, clarity, and good relationships are crucial – both for our patients and for us who work here.
Working as a doctor at WeMind
The doctor's role with us is an important part of creating safe, high-quality, and evidence-based care processes with clear and systematic follow-up. The activity is characterized by a shared commitment to knowledge-based treatment and continuous quality work. Here you get the opportunity to work closely and get to know your colleagues – our doctors are happy to tell more about what it is like to be part of the team. Meet our doctors. (#)
We work with measurement-based care where digital patient-reported outcome measures are used to follow up and develop treatment over time. A scientific council ensures that methods and guidelines are aligned with current evidence.
In daily work, we strive to give space to what is most important – the meeting with the patient. Clear routines and a well-functioning administrative support create good conditions for deepening the medical work. You work in close collaboration with your colleagues and the local management group.
