Do you want to work in a socially vital operation and contribute to the development of Sweden's power grid? We are now looking for an experienced Documentation Manager for a long-term assignment within substation projects.

About the assignment

Svenska Kraftnät is in an expansion phase where the national grid is being extended and modernized. In this role, you will become a key person in the work with technical facility documentation in larger substation projects, both for gas-insulated and air-insulated substations.

You will be part of a team of documentation specialists but work closely with project organizations and technical experts in ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for technical documentation throughout the project's lifecycle
• Participate in the preparation of tender documents
• Ensure that documentation requirements are met by contractors
• Coordinate documentation deliveries internally and externally
• Conduct drawing technical reviews
• Ensure correct entry of documentation into management systems
• Support project management with documentation-related issues

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 8 years of experience in technical documentation within facility, infrastructure, or power grid projects
• At least 5 years of experience in leading documentation roles (e.g., Documentation Manager or Data Coordinator)
• Experience in developing and applying governing documents for documentation management
• Experience in handing over documentation to operations and maintenance organizations
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious

• Experience from transmission or regional network projects
• Experience with BIM or model-based working methods
• Documented experience in streamlining documentation processes with clear results

Assignment Information

• Scope: 100%
• Location: Sundbyberg or Västerås (up to 50% remote work possible)
• Travel may occur
