About the role
As a Servicesupport, you work at the heart of the service organization, acting as a crucial link between service technicians, the workshop, the warehouse, sales, and customers. Here, you will work closely with technical products and service flows, where your understanding of systems and technology is key to creating efficient and high-quality processes.
The position is based at the office in Gothenburg, where you have daily contact with both internal and external parties. You will become part of a small team with strong cohesion and a flat hierarchy culture where colleagues help each other across departmental boundaries. This role suits you if you have a genuine interest in technology and thrive in an environment where you get to dive into products, systems, and technical workflows.
Responsibilities
- Register and handle incoming service products and ensure correct processing in the system.
- Create and administer service and maintenance orders in SAP.
- Manage service agreements and maintenance planning for products.
- Coordinate service flows in close collaboration with service technicians.
- Follow up on and handle service cases together with internal functions.
- Maintain ongoing contact with customers and technicians via phone and email.
- Be responsible for invoicing and some financial administration.
We are looking for you who
- Have at least 1 year of experience in administrative work in a similar role.
- Hold a relevant university degree, for example in technology or IT.
- Have good system proficiency and enjoy working in various IT and business systems.
- Have good technical understanding, either through previous experience or a genuine interest in technology.
- Have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
It is an advantage if you have
- Experience with SAP or similar business systems.
- Knowledge of MS Office/365.
