As a regional sales representative at Takteam, you are our face to the public in your region. You meet homeowners, listen to their needs, and explain how our roof cleaning and roof painting services can extend the lifespan of their roof – and give them a worry-free roof ownership experience.

• Meet homeowners through door-to-door sales (Canvas) in selected areas.
• Build trust, spark interest, and present our services.
• Work closely with the team and contribute to achieving our shared goals.
• Participate in sales competitions and team activities that create drive and joy.
• Develop through continuous coaching and training.

• A social team player who likes to take initiative and loves the feeling of achieving a goal.
• Unafraid of new meetings and skilled at making people feel comfortable and trusting.
• Driven, positive, and professional – whether you meet the customer at their door or on the phone.

Previous experience in sales or door-to-door canvassing is a plus – but not a requirement. You will be equipped with everything you need to become truly excellent. The most important thing is that you want to. And dare to take charge!

• Experience in customer contact, service, or similar.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.

Additional merits include experience with Canvas, sales within the construction industry, or a preference for working with CRM systems.
