We are now looking for a responsible and non-hierarchical Financial Controller who wants to help shape the future with us.

About the role

We are looking for someone who wants to take significant ownership within a company's finance function, loves numbers, and is ready for the next step in their career. This is a new role for us that will to some extent be shaped based on your knowledge and experience, giving you great opportunities to influence both your own development and the company's way of working.

You will have a broad and varied role where you work closely with the operations and contribute to central financial processes. The position involves overall financial responsibility for the companies included in PS across 5 different countries.

In the role, you will among other things:

• Be responsible for financial statements and contribute to decision-making processes for the companies within the group
• Work with ongoing bookkeeping and further development of routines and processes
• Have budget responsibility, including budgeting and follow-up
• Prepare annual reports and handle tax returns in several countries
• Be the contact person for auditors and be responsible for the audit process
• Handle VAT reporting and tax issues
• Work with intercompany reconciliations and currency issues
• Work with controlling, with a special focus on Power BI, where you develop and maintain reports as well as work with forecasts and follow-ups
• Handle client funds within the collection business, including reconciliations, investigations, and exception handling

You will report to our Head of Finance and become an important part of developing the finance function as the company continues to grow.

Requirements to succeed in the role

• At least 2–3 years of experience in accounting or auditing
• Good knowledge of the K3 accounting framework
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration

• Experience with Power BI or similar tools
