As an IT Support Technician, you will provide support to users via a ticketing system, phone, and email. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage permissions, and ensure users have a smooth experience.
We believe you have:
Experience in IT support and basic troubleshooting
Proficiency in working with ticketing systems
Good knowledge of Swedish, English, and Spanish!
A service-oriented and structured approach to work
