About the role

As a machine operator, you will monitor machines and work with the manufacturing of products according to specifications, ensuring high quality is maintained through careful checks. You will be responsible for following safety regulations, handling machines and tools, and reporting any deviations. Additionally, you will participate in equipment maintenance and contribute to improvement work to optimize the production processes for our clients.

About you

Formal qualifications

We are looking for you who have completed a recognized upper secondary education in Electricity and Energy with a focus on automation, or another industrial education considered equivalent. Experience in manufacturing industry work is required. You must be able to handle various tools, have knowledge of troubleshooting, and possess good machine knowledge. You must hold a forklift license with entitlement AB + D1. To succeed in the role, you must be able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

Merits

It is meritorious if you have experience working as a machine operator, with CNC machines, other advanced production equipment, and troubleshooting. Experience working in teams and the ability to quickly adapt to new work environments are highly valued.
