We will tell you more about the company during the application process and at the first interview.
About the Role
In the role of Application Support, you handle technical questions and application cases for internal and external users. You work with everything from login issues and permissions to questions regarding sales systems and similar. You document cases, update knowledge articles, and escalate complex issues to technical second and third line. Support with technical questions at the warehouse in Nykvarn will also occur.
The workday is varied. Cases come in via phone, case management systems, and self-service portals, and you are responsible for prioritization and follow-up. You collaborate with colleagues and system owners and actively contribute to improving processes and routines.
What We Offer
- Security & Development: Collective agreement, wellness allowance, and ongoing coaching.
- Comprehensive Training: Both through Workz Academy, which runs continuously over 6 months, and support from colleagues and leaders on-site, giving you the right tools to succeed.
- A Workplace to Thrive In: Supportive managers, great colleagues, and a positive work culture.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, curious, and technically interested. You are structured, document your work, and take initiative to improve processes. You thrive with variety and unexpected events, and contribute to a flat hierarchy and collaboration-oriented team.
Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Clean background check (including UC).
Merits: Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint, as well as good knowledge of case management systems and documentation. We would like you to have a technical interest or background in IT and application support. Experience with AI solutions such as Copilot is a plus.
