About the role

As an operator, you will become part of a dedicated production team within Manufacturing, where collaboration, engagement, and competence are central values. You will have the opportunity to influence the team's results through active participation and improvement work. Responsibilities

In the role of operator, you will perform both operational and non-operational activities. You work according to current rules and instructions, with the correct QDFIPS mindset (Quality, Delivery, Finance, Improvement, People, Safety), and actively contribute to the team's mission and goals.

You may also be responsible for a physical sub-area, which means that you:

• Ensure that preventive maintenance is performed and improved
• Follow up and analyze production results within your area
• Ensure that work instructions are updated and used according to standard

Communication with support functions, participation in networks, and training of colleagues within your area are also important parts of the role. You contribute to reducing system losses and ensure quality parameters, takt time, and cycle time for your sub-area.

About you

We place great importance on personal qualities and see that you, as an applicant, have a basic upper secondary education. We are looking for someone who is both independent and a good team player, with the ability to act analytically and flexibly in a changing environment. You are customer-focused, show courage and initiative, and have an inclusive attitude. You are expected to take initiative for improvements, support new activities, and contribute to a good work climate. Furthermore, you communicate clearly and without problems in both Swedish and English. At the workplace, you are a person who wants to contribute to a strong team and a positive work culture.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate fluently both orally and in writing in Swedish and English
• Approved upper secondary grades (Swedish a/1, Mathematics a/1, Social Studies a/1, and English a/5)
