Industrial Worker with Construction Background Needed in Katrineholm

Montico in Katrineholm is now looking for industrial workers with a construction background. The client manufactures prefabricated concrete elements, and tasks such as reinforcement and casting are included. Shift work is performed.
The position is for a six-month rental period. For the right person, there are good opportunities to move into direct employment with the client afterwards.
Job Description
The duties include reading blueprints, reinforcing, and casting prefabricated concrete elements. Driving forklifts and overhead cranes is included.
We are looking for you who
A high school education from the Construction and Infrastructure program or a corresponding practical high school program is desirable, but on-the-job training in the profession will also take place.
We are looking for someone who is generally handy, can handle standing work involving heavy lifting and requiring good mobility. The most important thing is good work ethic, willingness, and interest in working and learning. Since you will be part of a work team, we expect you to contribute to a good atmosphere and enjoy working in a team.
You must be able to read and work from blueprints, and have sufficient knowledge of Swedish to understand safety instructions both orally and in writing.
