At Tres engineering department, we have approximately 300 employees. Here you will find the Contact Center Tools team, responsible for the development and maintenance of a business-critical contact center solution used daily within customer service. We are now looking for an experienced full-stack developer with a clear frontend focus. This role is perfect for you if you want to take technical ownership, build stable and long-term solutions, and use AI support as a natural part of your development process.

About the role

As an experienced full-stack developer in the Contact Center Tools team, you work end-to-end with the solution – from frontend development and integrations to backend, deployment, and monitoring. You contribute to ensuring the solution is robust, scalable, and well-adapted to the business's needs.

An important part of the role is working in an AI-driven manner. You fully utilize tools such as GitHub Copilot and other AI support to write, improve, and quality-assure code, make technical decisions faster, and increase both productivity and code quality.

You work together with the team's developers and in close dialogue with the business. Frontend is your primary focus, but the role also involves responsibility for backend development, primarily in Java, as well as contributions to improvements in CI/CD and platform when needed.

About you

You are curious, take technical ownership, and see the value of what you develop in a larger context. Through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and improvement suggestions, you actively contribute to the team's development and ways of working. The role involves close collaboration with both colleagues and the business, meaning you are communicative and confident in dialogue in both Swedish and English.

You have several years of experience as a developer and are accustomed to working with production systems in agile environments. Your technical breadth includes modern frontend development with TypeScript, React, and Next.js, as well as backend development in Java and Node.js, along with databases such as MySQL. Experience with DevOps and platform work, such as CI/CD, OpenShift, Azure Functions, and monitoring, is a natural part of your daily routine.

Experience with headless CMS, such as Contentful, is considered an advantage.
