You will become part of our Business Area Compliance & Management, where we support an efficient transition to digital, sustainable, and secure solutions through expert knowledge in areas such as quality, safety, sustainability, and project governance.
Responsibilities You will drive varied projects from start to finish, allowing you to directly influence the design and outcome of the projects. You will lead these projects together with our clients, either on-site at their facilities or through our own deliverables. Projects will vary in complexity and scope, requiring you to utilize your full skill set, both technical and relational, to ensure projects are completed according to schedule and budget. The role includes, but is not limited to:
Leading investment projects, installation projects, renovation projects, or similar within the pharmaceutical industry
Being responsible for the project's budget, schedule, and quality
Leading the work within the project and reporting results to a steering group
Managing project stakeholders and risks
Motivating and engaging your project team members
Qualifications We are looking for you who have an interest in technology and complex projects. You are self-driven, enjoy solving problems, and thrive in leading and engaging others. You also have:
Experience working as a project manager or deputy project manager for investment projects within Life Science, where your role included budget responsibility and reporting to a steering group
An engineering degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering)
Experience with project management tools
Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment
Proficiency and excellent ability to communicate and handle various stakeholders
Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English

Practical Information This is a permanent position with a six-month probationary period, located at one of our offices in Stockholm. Hagaesplanaden 49 (Forskaren) or Rättarvägen 3 (Solna). Travel to our customers may occur as part of the role. Start date is as soon as possible or by agreement.
