Scania Industrial Maintenance AB is a technical production support company within Scania CV AB. We are responsible for production and facility maintenance at Scania and have approximately 1,200 employees in Södertälje, Oskarshamn, and Luleå. About the role
Do you want to work close to production while simultaneously helping to develop how a modern prototype operation is managed and functions? Our business designs and manufactures various types of equipment for product development and production units. We play a key role in enabling Scania's transition to electrified and sustainable transport systems.
We are now looking for a Business Coordinator for QMM – a role for you who wants to combine structure, analysis, and drive with a clear business focus.
In this role, you work closely with production, planning, and management. You are responsible for creating structure, driving follow-up, and contributing to the development of our flows, working methods, and collaborations. The role combines operational work with business development, where you both support daily operations and drive improvements forward.
Your main responsibilities
- Staging management and coordination – Production control and flow development
- Follow-up and analysis of KPIs and business data
- Meeting structure and coordination between functions
- Maintenance coordination and follow-up of operational reliability
- Supplier follow-up and improvement work
- Invoice processing (P2P / Monitor) and follow-up of financial flows
- Occupational health and safety support and follow-up
- Document monitoring and ensuring structure
- Superuser in Monitor – support to the business and development of working methods
- Drive improvement work based on data and identified needs

Qualifications
- University degree in economics, engineering, or equivalent
- Experience from industrial operations
- Experience with business systems (preferably Monitor)
- Experience with invoice processing and follow-up
- Good system proficiency (ERP/Excel)
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
