Job Responsibilities

In the role of bodysmith/claims technician, you are responsible for performing qualified repairs on passenger cars according to manufacturers' and insurance companies' guidelines. The work involves actively ensuring the highest possible quality and contributing to an excellent customer experience. Examples of tasks include:

• Repairing and replacing body parts, as well as straightening car sheet metal and frames.
• Assembling and disassembling vehicle parts in connection with repairs.
• Using modern measuring and repair tools and documenting your work.
• Performing welding, bonding, and riveting.
• Working closely with damage assessors, painters, and the rest of the workshop team.
• Ensuring that the work meets the workshop's high standards for quality and safety.
• Contributing to an orderly and safe working environment in the workshop.

Your Profile

We are looking for you with vehicle education or several years of experience working with bodywork and car damage. You are meticulous, quality-oriented, and possess a strong technical interest – with a willingness to constantly learn new things.

• Documented experience in the car damage industry.
• Category B driver's license.
• Structured, responsible, and a good team player.
• Solution-oriented, curious, and flexible in tasks.
• Meritorious with experience in repairing Mercedes and Nissan vehicles.
