We are looking for you who are hands-on, solution-oriented, and thrive in a daily routine where no two days are alike. Experience in caretaking or property maintenance is an advantage, but most importantly, you enjoy working with your hands, take responsibility, and have a genuine interest in creating a great experience for our guests.
A snowmobile license is a requirement, and having a front-end loader license is a significant plus.
The position is scheduled to start on June 1st. For the right person, there are good opportunities for a permanent employment contract.
About the roleHere, you will have a varied and developmental role where you combine practical work with guest interaction. You will handle classic caretaker tasks such as snow clearing, basic carpentry, repairs, and tractor work. On other days, you might mow the lawn, maintain the pool, or participate in our activities.
You might join snowmobile tours, help guests with ice fishing, or contribute to other experiences that make the stay memorable. It is precisely this variety and the meeting with people that make the job both fun and unique.
Who are you?We believe you are a person who spreads positive energy, enjoys collaborating, and contributes to a good atmosphere within the team. You are solution-focused, see opportunities in everyday life, and are not afraid to do that little extra to exceed guest expectations.
You must be fluent in Swedish to communicate effectively with both colleagues and guests. Education or previous experience in property maintenance is an advantage, but your attitude, willingness to learn, and engagement weigh just as heavily.
ConditionsWe are looking for a caretaker on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). Working hours vary and include mornings, evenings, and weekends according to the current collective agreement in the hotel and restaurant industry.
