About the Job

The role of Maintenance Mechanic with us is an independent position with good opportunities for development. With your skills, you contribute to efficient and safe production by focusing on preventive maintenance and corrective repairs within our various production processes across the entire facility. The role is central to minimizing downtime and optimizing production efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

Your main task as a Maintenance Mechanic is to carry out preventive measures, such as lubrication and inspections, as well as corrective maintenance of machines and other equipment. You will work in our maintenance system where we report, plan, and follow up. You follow safety routines and ensure that work is carried out in accordance with set quality requirements.

The work is performed in an industrial environment with noise, heavy lifting, and various working postures. Therefore, you need to have good physical fitness. Tasks occur both indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures. Working with machines and moving parts places high demands on you to work safely and with good risk awareness to prevent accidents and injuries.

Requirements for the Position

Interest in and basic knowledge of technology acquired through education and/or experience.
Good understanding of Swedish (both spoken and written).
Ability to work shifts.
Valid driver's license (Category B).

Merits for the Position

Experience with maintenance work in an industrial environment.
Experience with welding, hydraulics, hot work, or pneumatics.

Additional Information

In this recruitment, we use some initial selection questions to learn more about you and your prerequisites for fitting into the role. The position is a permanent employment starting with a 6-month probationary period. We apply individual salary setting based on collective agreements.
