About Spiragården Alfta

We at Spiragården are proud to offer a state-of-the-art residential facility for those in need. The home is quietly located in Alfta, close to the center and public services, yet with nature right at your doorstep. The facility has 13 places, where each resident has their own apartment with a full kitchen and bathroom. In addition, there are common areas such as a kitchen/dining area and shared spaces.

Support is tailored for residents with the aim of enabling them to live as independently as possible, with varied content regarding activities, engagement, and community. Each resident is assigned a contact person who is responsible for planning, implementation, and follow-up.

About the Role

As a residential support worker, you are a vital part of the lives of those living at Spiragården. Our treatment of residents follows our core values and is underpinned by our pedagogical approach. Our vision is to make today better than yesterday, together, for the people we have the privilege to care for.

We are looking for:

We are currently seeking a residential support worker, full-time.

Working hours: day, evening, and weekends.

Probation period: 6 months.

Start date: 2026-05-14 or as agreed.

We are looking for you who have relevant education in psychiatry/care and support (e.g., assistant nurse with or without a psychiatric specialization, care assistant, treatment pedagogue, social pedagogue, support pedagogue) and experience from psychiatric and/or care services under SoL/LSS.

Must hold a valid B-driver's license.

You have documented experience working in similar operations and can provide good references.

Additional qualifications are an advantage, such as knowledge and experience in low-arousal approaches, structured teaching methods (TEACCH), and/or ESL (Ett självständigt liv / A Self-Dependent Life).
