We at Nordic Energy Solutions are expanding and are now looking for a driven supervisor with business acumen for our office in Kalmar. Here, you will work on everything from small residential projects to large contracts within solar cells, battery storage, backup power, and electrical installations.

About the role

This is a key role where you will:

• Lead and plan our installations
• Have daily contact with technicians and customers
• Drive projects forward with quality and structure
• Be involved in the business – calculate jobs, identify opportunities, and create upselling

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a technical background in electricity (electrician / service manager / supervisor)
• Has experience in contracting or installation
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and self-driven
• Has a natural business mindset and enjoys customer contact
