About the role

Nabo Property Service is growing, and we are now expanding with a Service Technician specializing in fire safety. Today, the department consists of 50 people working in two teams; Property Caretakers and Operations & Installation. The Operations & Installation team works broadly across various specialist areas, and we hope you are ready to take on the responsibility as Nabo's expert service technician in fire safety and fire protection.

We are looking for someone with several years of industry experience, previously working as a fire technician or service technician in fire safety. The role involves independently planning, coordinating, and performing service, troubleshooting, and control regarding fire safety for our customers. You will plan, execute, and follow up on tasks. You will be responsible for the service and maintenance of fire protection equipment, as well as controls and measures within systematic fire protection work. Furthermore, the role includes responsibility for servicing fire extinguishers, fire sealing, sprinklers, evacuation alarms, smoke vents, etc.

We are looking for you with a sharp business sense and a natural ability to identify and develop new business opportunities. You are skilled at building and nurturing customer relationships. Your service-oriented attitude combined with a strategic understanding of the market allows you to offer solutions that meet customer needs and drive sales forward. You plan your work independently and actively contribute to developing our service offering. Your positive and curious nature, along with a technical interest, drives you to constantly improve and optimize.

Your experience and requirements for the role

• For this role, we see that you are an independent technician within fire safety with good knowledge of systematic fire protection work.
• You have extensive experience in systematic fire protection work and feel confident in planning, executing measures, following up, and documenting your work.
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written.
• Valid B driver's license.
• This is not a requirement for the role, but it is meritorious if you have completed fire safety training via SVEBRA.
