We are looking for a cheerful, outgoing, and solution-oriented person who wants to work as a Service Advisor at a successful company in northern Stockholm. Here you will have an important role where you create a positive experience for both customers and colleagues every day.

About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you play a central role in the daily operations of the workshop. You are the customer's first point of contact, before, during, and after the visit, ensuring that every customer receives professional, friendly, and efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Schedule workshop visits for customers via phone and email
• Receive and hand over vehicles
• Handle payments, documentation, and customer cases
• Provide advice and guidance on simple technical questions
• Work with the workshop's computer systems and support customers via phone and email
• Contribute to high service standards and customer satisfaction across the board

You will become part of an engaged team where quality, clear communication, and good collaboration are valued.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a background in service professions, preferably with experience from the automotive industry or a similar customer-facing role. Alternatively, you have worked in a service-intensive profession and feel that this is your next challenge.

We would like you to:

• Be social, positive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Easily build contact and establish relationships
• Be organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Speak and write Swedish fluently
• Hold a valid B-class driver's license

Experience with automotive industry systems (e.g., Kobra, Automaster, Tacdis, Elsa, or Winassist) is advantageous but not required. A passion for cars is a plus.

Application and Start Date

This is a full-time position, starting as soon as possible. Working hours are during the day, Monday to Friday, with shifts varying between 07:00–16:00 and 09:00–18:00. You will receive a secure employment with Starfinder and a consultant manager who supports you along the way towards a successful career. There are very good chances of being hired directly by the client company.
