About the role

We are looking for a responsible ad producer for a client in Strängnäs with a focus on car advertisements. In this role, you will work as a consultant through Fordonsakademin and be responsible for producing, quality assuring, and publishing ads that display vehicles in a clear and sales-oriented manner. This position is suitable for you who have an eye for image and text, are detail-oriented, and thrive working at a fast pace within a larger marketing and sales organization.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish car ads in the client's system according to given templates and guidelines.
• Edit and optimize images, and write informative and sales-oriented ad texts with correct vehicle specifications.
• Ensure that all ads comply with legal requirements, internal guidelines, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the photo team, workshop, and sales staff to ensure accurate information and fast publication times.
• Handle ad updates, price changes, and status changes in the system.
• Report deviations and suggestions for improvement to the responsible coordinator.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, structured, and has an eye for detail. Experience in creating vehicle ads or working with e-commerce/ad platforms is a plus. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing and are accustomed to working with digital tools.

• Experience in ad production, copywriting, or digital publishing is a plus.
• Good computer skills and experience with image handling (e.g., cropping, light adjustment).
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under time pressure.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Knowledge of automotive terminology and technical specifications is a plus.

Working hours

Daytime hours with the possibility of scheduled shifts depending on the client's needs. Specific working hours will be stated in the ad and during the interview.

Scope & employment type

Full-time, staffing via Fordonsakademin with the possibility of extension or transition to the client's permanent employment depending on performance and needs.
