ABOUT THE ROLE
Collector is a brand that is passionate about its product, its customers, and the drive to be a little better every day. We are now taking the next step in our market development, and therefore we are looking for a CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist who wants to take clear operational responsibility for how we work with CRM and marketing automation.
This is a hands-on role for you who want to own both strategy and execution, build smart customer journeys from the ground up, and make a real difference for the business, sales, and customer relations.
As a CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist here, you are responsible for how CRM and marketing automation are used as a central part of our overall marketing strategy. You work operationally in the systems, build and optimize flows, analyze customer behavior, and ensure that the right message reaches the right customer.
This is what you will do:
- Build and optimize customer flows
- Work data-driven with behavioral patterns
- Own the operational responsibility for our CRM and marketing automation
- Ensure quality and regulatory compliance
- Create simple content and graphic adjustments
The position is located in Helsingborg and is a permanent employment preceded by a probationary period.
ABOUT YOU
We see that you have at least 5 years of experience with CRM or automation tools. You need to be comfortable working independently in the systems and not just setting requirements. It is an advantage if you have also worked in a regulated industry such as banking or insurance.
You have extensive experience in email marketing, follow-up, and analysis. You enjoy working closely with data, identifying patterns, and turning insights into concrete improvements in flows and communication.

With a focus on sound and sustainable lending, the goal is to help customers think smart about their finances and make well-considered economic decisions. Collector operates in Sweden, Norway, and Finland on the Nordic market.
