All development, production, and administration take place in our premises in Tumba, where we work closely together in a tight-knit team of approximately 20 employees. We are specialists in both standard and customized solutions and are known for short lead times, high quality, and a strong ethical and sustainable mindset. Our systems are backward compatible, repairable, and developed with a focus on long lifespan.

We are now looking for a project manager who will also have responsibility for quality and environment – a key role with significant influence on the business.

About the role

The position is divided into approximately 80% project management and 20% quality and environmental coordination. You are responsible for longer-term customer projects that you take over from marketing and preparation and drive all the way through the organization. The role involves close collaboration with production, development, management group, and customers, where you act as the primary point of contact. In addition to customer projects, you have overall responsibility for the quality and environmental work in the company as well as the business system.

As a project manager / quality & environmental coordinator, you will among other things:

• Lead and drive several parallel customer projects with a long time horizon
• Prepare drawings, test documentation, and production documentation in collaboration with technology and production
• Be responsible for customer contact, changes in projects, and ongoing customer support
• Prepare basis for price calculation and decision support for management
• Handle deviations in the business system related to customers, suppliers, and internal operations
• Drive internal development projects and improvement processes
• Be responsible for quality and environmental work and follow-up of the business manual and regulations

Areas of responsibility:

You are responsible for delivering projects according to agreement, both technically, temporally, and qualitatively. You ensure that deviations are identified, handled, and closed, and that lessons learned are carried forward in the organization. Within quality and environment, you ensure that the business system is followed and developed in line with legal requirements and internal goals. You are also an active part of the management work, documenting and following up on decisions and actions.

Desired profile:

• You have experience in project management within manufacturing industry or related technical operations
• Preference for experience within electronics, mechanics, or the automotive industry
• You have worked in business systems, are comfortable delegating and following up on work, and have good habits of working in a structured manner.
• You master Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Is driven and solution-oriented, as the role requires you to independently drive projects and ensure that things get done.

You are receptive and proactive, which is crucial for collaborating effectively with both customers, colleagues, and management.

You are structured and enjoy planning both long-term and short-term activities in a technically complex operation.

Advantageous if you:

• Have experience working in the business system Monitor or similar systems.
• Previous engagement in association life or similar contexts is also seen as positive, as it often reflects responsibility and teamwork skills.
