We are now looking for more Part-time Retail Staff for our stores in the Malmö, Lund, and Helsingborg area. As a team member, you are employed by Retail Staffing and work on assignment for one of our client's retail chains. You primarily work within one retail chain but move between the chain's different stores as needed. You book your own shifts quickly and easily via our app, choosing the shifts that fit your schedule. We work with stores such as MQ, Hemtex, and Lindex.

As a sales associate, you are involved in all regular store tasks such as sales at the checkout and on the floor, customer service, warehouse duties, and picking. As a sales associate, you always provide a good customer experience. You are outgoing and actively engage in customer interactions. You take personal responsibility and work as part of a team with your colleagues in the store.

The high season is currently starting in the stores, so the process may take a little longer, and training might be delayed until after the summer.

Important Information:

To be eligible for this position, you must, according to the collective agreement, have another main occupation of at least 50%. You can either be a student or work part-time at least 50%, or be a self-employed entrepreneur with active F-tax. Experience/Qualifications:

• You have completed upper secondary education (high school)
• You have previous experience working as a retail salesperson with personal sales in the retail sector
• You can work at least 2 shifts on weekdays during the day per week; there are also opportunities to work weekends and evenings
• You can work irregular hours and can step in with short notice
• You have good language skills in Swedish and English
