Do you live near Gustavsberg (Stockholm) or Vårgårda (Gothenburg) and want to gain valuable experience in IT? We are now looking for a driven 1st Line Support professional for a summer position at Gustavsberg AB!
About the role
As a 1st Line Support at Gustavsberg AB, you will be the first point of contact for customers and partners who need assistance with the company's products and services. You will play a central role in ensuring fast, friendly, and solution-oriented service – while simultaneously contributing to strengthening one of the most well-known brands in the Nordic region within bathrooms and plumbing. This role is perfect for you if you are looking for a shorter-term assignment or perhaps if you have studied IT and want to gain valuable experience over the summer!
This is a consultancy assignment running from June to August.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming cases via phone, email, and case management systems.
- Escalate more complex cases and identify the correct contacts to reach out to.
- Provide on-site support at the factory to some extent.
We are looking for someone who
- Has a technical interest and basic knowledge of the Windows environment.
- Has basic IT knowledge, from studies or work experience.
- Has good command of Swedish, both spoken and written.
It is an advantage if you have
- Experience in IT support/1st line support.
To succeed in the role, you have the following personal qualities:

- Responsible – takes ownership of your work.
