An established company with approximately 30 employees is now seeking an operational and commercial CEO. The company operates in a project-intensive business with a strong customer base and a clear focus on delivery. At the same time, the company is in a position where structure, control, and profitability need to be strengthened.

About the role

As CEO, you have overall responsibility for the operations and report directly to the owners. The role is operational and hands-on, with a strong focus on creating structure, strengthening profitability, and building a well-functioning team.

You will be responsible for:

• Full P&L responsibility
• Leading the company's approximately 30 employees
• Operational management and daily operations
• Financial follow-up, cost control, and margin management
• Establishing structure, processes, and working methods
• Driving change and efficiency initiatives
• Developing the organization, team, and key personnel
• Ensuring quality in deliveries and customer relationships

Current situation and future focus

The company is facing a clear change process focused on:

• Restoring and strengthening profitability
• Gaining control over costs and follow-up
• Building structure in processes and responsibilities
• Ensuring efficient project management and delivery
• Developing – and changing, if necessary – the organization

You need to be comfortable making decisions regarding both working methods and staffing, while building trust and engagement within the organization.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Documented experience with P&L responsibility
• Experience leading organizations and personnel
• Strong business acumen with a clear focus on profitability
• Experience in change management and creating structure
• Experience working closely with owners in an entrepreneurial environment

It is an advantage if you have experience with turnaround, cost optimization, or operations within projects, production, logistics, or events. We would appreciate it if you have a background in logistics or similar operations, as well as experience from owner-led companies where you have worked closely with owners.
