What does the role of Activity Coordinator at Norlandia Elderly Care entail?
Working as an Activity Coordinator involves great freedom under responsibility. You are the one who plans all activities for and in consultation with our wonderful residents. This role requires you to be creative, curious, and inventive to succeed.
About Fyllinge Elderly Care Home
Fyllinge has 54 modern apartments distributed across six units: two units focused on dementia care and four units with a somatic focus. Each unit has a kitchen, dining room, living room, and a balcony or outdoor area for socializing, meals, and activities. The property features its own garden with excellent opportunities for outdoor stays and activities. Norlandia operates Fyllinge independently.

To succeed as an Activity Coordinator, it is beneficial if:
- You have a driver's license.
- You have previous experience working in elderly care.
- You are skilled at planning both short-term and long-term.
- You have knowledge of working with computers and digital documentation.
- You have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
- You are creative, curious, and inventive.
- You have strong social competence and the ability to involve and inspire others.
Additional Information
Employment Type: Hourly employment
Hours: Approximately 50% or as agreed
Start Date: As agreed
We offer individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Personal suitability will be given great weight.
In the event of employment, you must be able to provide a certificate from the Swedish Police Authority (criminal record). You must also be able to prove your right to work in Sweden, either by showing EU/EEA citizenship or a valid work permit.
