✨ Your role – more than just breakfast

As Breakfast Manager, you are the hub of the morning experience. You lead the team, drive operations, and ensure that every guest gets a start to their day that exceeds expectations.

You are both a present leader and a natural part of the service – always ready to jump in where needed. At the same time, you have overall responsibility for ensuring breakfast maintains the highest standard, every single day.

You will, among other things:

• Lead and distribute work in the breakfast team
• Ensure staffing and scheduling
• Conduct 1-on-1 meetings and develop your employees
• Coach, support, and motivate the team in daily operations
• Be creative and find new ways to elevate the breakfast experience
• Work operationally in the service together with the team

The goal? To create a breakfast that guests long to return to.

We believe you have:

• Experience in leadership within the restaurant or hotel industry
• Good experience with scheduling and personnel responsibility
• Experience working in operations – and leading simultaneously
• A genuine interest in people and development
• The ability to create structure without losing the human touch

📍 About the role

• Full-time
• Working hours primarily morning/day (weekends included)
• Start date according to agreement
• Salary according to agreement
