Your daily work

As a Project Manager within heavy cargo handling, you play a key role in our operations. You are responsible for driving assignments from initial customer contact through to implementation and follow-up. The work involves planning, leadership, and customer dialogue.

You will, among other things:

• Receive and handle customer inquiries via phone and email
• Prepare quotations and price bases
• Plan and allocate personnel and equipment to assignments
• Lead, execute, and follow up on projects in close dialogue with the customer
• Ensure that deliveries meet quality and safety requirements
• Maintain ongoing contact with staff, customers, and other stakeholders
• Be responsible for invoicing, time reporting, and post-calculations
• Work on follow-up and development of customer relationships
• Participate in sales activities and business development

You also have the mandate to drive projects within given frameworks, replan when necessary, and ensure a good working environment at all levels.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• At least upper secondary education or equivalent experience

Merits:

• Previous experience as a project manager, transport manager, or foreman
• Experience from the transport, logistics, or contracting industry
