To our new store in Partille, we are looking for a service-oriented and relationship-building groomer for our grooming studio. Does this sound like something for you? We welcome you to apply for the position!

Qualifications:

We prefer that you are a certified dog groomer or have documented work experience in coat trimming & nail clipping.

Personal qualities such as a high sense of service, drive, good teamwork skills, orderliness, and a genuine interest in our customers are some of the qualities we value highly.

Having sales experience from retail, as well as knowledge of and interest in our down-to-earth product range within animals and nature, and a forklift license are meritorious.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for our grooming studio include the following qualifications/tasks:

• Possess knowledge of how to handle and perform our services such as nail clipping, paw trimming, grooming, bathing & de-shedding, mat removal, and coat picking.
• Treat animals and animal owners professionally.
• Be responsible for online booking and update available times when schedules change in the online booking system.
• Ensure that routines and regulations are followed within Pet Help (Husdjurshjälpen).
• Be responsible for cleanliness and tidiness in the Pet Help premises.
• Participate in training regarding Pet Help.
• Be involved in ensuring Pet Help reaches its defined goals.
• Actively work with sales and advice regarding our wide range within Animals & Nature.
• Planning and follow-up of customer activities.
• Heavy lifting may occur.
• Other retail work may occur.
