Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who wants to work 6 hours per week in our store in Helsingborg. This position is a temporary assignment (vacancy), which can be a step towards a permanent position and perhaps even a career within the company.

What is important for fitting in and thriving in the role?

🔌 Interest in Technology! You are curious and interested in learning more about the technology sector. That is all you need – with fantastic colleagues by your side and tools such as introduction days and an e-learning portal with online courses, you will learn more every day.

👋 Relationship Building! You are genuinely interested in sales and service and understand the power of building long-term relationships. You see it as an exciting challenge to exceed every customer's expectations and take pride in both your personal brand and the company's.

🎯 Goal-Oriented! Previous experience is not necessary – we place great emphasis on your development and growing into the sales role based on your personal qualities. In line with our "grow with Kjell" strategy, we offer the opportunity to grow, whether you are studying part-time or wish to advance internally. Today, 70% of our managers are recruited internally. We offer a leadership program called "Store Manager – Trainee" for those who want to take the step into a management role.
