Job Responsibilities

As a customer receptionist, you will plan and distribute the daily work for the workshop, as well as follow up that completed work meets timeframes and quality standards – from booking work, preparations, and receiving customers and vehicles. The role includes optimizing the workshop's operations and productivity.

The responsibilities include receiving the workshop's customers both through customer visits and by phone, and preparing cost estimates for ordered repairs and service work.

  • Contribute to a creative and positive work environment characterized by mutual respect and helpfulness among colleagues.
  • Follow up to ensure that efficiency, profitability, and quality are achieved at all levels, from first contact with the customer to final delivery.
  • Explain different choices of measures and present different alternatives based on the customer's needs.

Key Competencies/Skills:

  • Upper secondary education.
  • A few years of experience in service-oriented tasks, where you have demonstrated good social skills and delivery towards the customer.
  • Good computer and phone skills.
  • Category B driver's license (manual transmission).
  • Good sense of service and an attitude focused on finding the best solutions for your customers.
  • Goal- and result-oriented with high drive.
